Thank you for shopping with us. Please find our policies below. We will send notifications while processing your order, updates and shipping information. If you do not receive anything from us please check you spam/junk mail folder as sometimes they end up in those folders for whatever reason.

In stock parts generally ship within two business days excluding the weekend. Any order placed after 2pm on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Our stock is constantly moving so we may show something on the website that may not actually be in stock due to other orders that have been placed already. Please look at your expected delivery date during check out. If we are expecting it to be late we will reach out and contact you to ensure that it is ok with you. Pictures and illustrations are just general pictures and illustrations and may not be exact to what you receive.
If a vin is provided we will order parts per the vin provided. If you are trying to upgrade or change from original and want a different part other than what came on it from the factory do not add a vin and we will order the part you requested.
Warranty on these parts will follow the Ford warranty process with no exceptions. Warranty is for manufacturer defects only. Any damage caused during installation will not be accepted. If a part is defective there are a couple of options. You can get your receipt from us and go to your local dealer to ask them to do a service part warranty. You may be asked to pay for the new part upfront until the warranty parts claim is paid by Ford to which then you would be reimbursed. If your local dealer does not want to do the service part warranty we would follow the same steps but we would send you a shipping label to return the defective part.
Restocking Fee is 25% on all returned items. Electrical parts and parts under $15.00 are not returnable. Returns must be received within 30 days of shipping from us. Customer is responsible to ship the incorrect or no longer needed part back to us at their expense. Original shipping will not be refunded. Please call if you are unsure of what you need or if you are unsure of location for the part. All nuts, bolts and clips are sold individually. For shipping protection please choose the shipping protection through Extend. If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please call us for the number to extend to utilize your shipping protection. You will have to call extend for reimbursement, this is not optional. If shipping protection is not selected parts will ship at your own risk or you will have to take it up with the shipping company.
We will Freight/LTL carriers but we will have to call and get price quotes for shipping which may be different from check out.
